We giveaway 20 Freebies every month. These are tokens from our Seller to you. If you love the Freebie you have picked, you can pop by the Seller’s shop to pick up more lovely Product Items available.

What Is A Standard End User License?

All Product Items are covered by the Standard End User License and you can purchase for personal and/or commercial uses and the end product is not for sale. Understand the license here.

What Is An Extended End User License?

You can also choose to buy with the Extended End User License where it is for personal and/or commercial use and you can sell the end product. Understand the license here.

Accidentally Made A Wrong Purchase?

You made a wrong click? Email to contact@pickmytemplates.com and let us know the Product Item you originally wanted to buy. This Product Item has to be from the same Seller. We will make arrangements for you to download and refund the excess, if necessary. We do not accept request for switching to buy Product Item from another Seller due to accidental purchases.

Accidentally Made A Double Purchase?

Purchased the Product Item more than once? Email to contact@pickmytemplates.com and let us know your purchase details. We will make refund arrangements.

Refund

pickmytemplates only offers refund if the Product Item you purchased is not working as per the Seller description, specification or the file is corrupted. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to make sure they have the system, configuration and software set up done correctly. No refund is offered if Buyer has a change of mind due to sudden realization that the Product Item is incompatible to the software or hardware that they are using. Always be sure that what you pick is what you love and once it is downloaded, you take charge and responsibility for making the decision to purchase and for the Product Item you purchased. See checklist below

How Do I Collect Payment?

Payment will be made after you have accumulated $20 in your sales balance at the end of each month. Provide us your Paypal account email and the funds will be transferred into your PayPal account. Do not have a PayPal Account? Set up an account here.

What Is The Criteria To Sell My Product Item?

Our design panel will assess your works that you submitted during the sign up. Various factors will be taken into consideration during the assessment. A good track record for selling on other sites rank high on the list. A strong portfolio of works boost high qualification rates too. You can set up shop immediately after you have passed the assessment.

What Is A Standard End User License?

All Product items are covered by the Standard End User license and Buyers can purchase for personal and/or commercial uses and the end product is not for sale. Understand the license here.

What Is An Extended End User License?

Buyer can also choose to buy with the Extended End User License where it is for personal and/or commercial use and they can sell the end product. Understand the license here.

How Do I Set The Price for Standard and Extended License Product Item?

Extended End User License grants a Buyer to use your Product Item in a single end product and can have the end product sold. You have the right to set a higher price for your Product Item with extended usage granted to the Buyer. Usually it will be 3 times (or more) the price of a Standard End User License Product Item. Example, you have set a price for a Brochure Template with Standard End User License at $30. If you are also selling this same Brochure Template with an Extended End User License, you should set the price  at 3 x $30 which is $90. You can also set it higher.

Can I Sell My Product Item In A Bundle?

Yes, you can. Just make sure when you add your Product Item, indicate clearly in your Title that that this is a Bundle Product. Example, Bundle Icons, Illustration Bundle, Font Bundle.

What Are Freebies?

We giveaway 20 Freebies every month. These are your tokens to the Buyers. It helps to promote your shop to the Buyers. If your Freebies are well loved and popular, Buyers will come back to your shop to buy more lovely Product Items.

How Do I Offer Freebies?

Simply pick a few Freebies to be given away and submit them from your Seller dashboard and and leave the rest to us. There is no guarantee that a Freebie submitted will be selected. All submissions will have to meet the criteria of our design panel.

Can I Add Watermark To My Display Screen?

No, we do not support watermark for display. But you can add watermark to your Product Item and submit to sell.

Can I Remove The Product item?

Yes. To remove your Product Item, just go to your Dashboard, select “Products” and delete your Product Item.

How Do My Product Items Get Featured?

Sellers who perform well and are active in selling will have opportunities for their Product Items to be listed under “Featured” on our homepage. Consistently add new Product Items to your shop to make your shop visible to the Buyer, offer Freebies, uphold good quality creations and maintain awesome after sales service. Keep this in mind and good luck!

Can I Notify My Buyers New Product Items?

We will help Sellers promote New Product Items through our marketing channels.

You are free to promote your Product Items on your social media or other channels.

Refund

The Seller is responsible to communicate and respond to the Buyer promptly at all times. Do expect the Buyers to communicate with you quickly when such situation arises. Do remember the Buyers are your customers so always do your best to serve them, make serious considerations and decide if a refund is to be made. pickmytemplates has a set of guidelines for offering refunds but we fully respect a Seller’s decision if a refund is to be made. pickmytemplates only offers refund if the Product Item purchased by the Buyer is not working as per the Seller description, specification or the file is corrupted.
