experience, we recommend that you spend a few minutes to read through these guidelines and understand some of the basic requirements before listing your Product Items. A gentle reminder, as Sellers, you take full responsibility on the products you upload to sell. Happy selling!

GRAPHIC PICKS

Graphics/Templates

  • save artwork in correct formats for upload (AI, PSD, EPS, INDD)
  • name the artwork properly and make sure it is readable
  • name the pdf, image and graphic links properly and make sure it is readable
  • set the size correctly at trim dimensions
  • set 3 mm bleed
  • convert images and graphics into cmyk mode
  • make text editable
  • provide royalty free images only. We recommend to download free stock images from unsplash.com and pixabay.com. All pictures are published under Creative Commons Public Domain deed CC0. You can also buy from established stock libraries such as gettyimages.com, stock.com, 123rf.com and shutterstock.com
  • all fonts are subjected to licenses, including system fonts from both Adobe and Microsoft. Please check with respective sources for license agreement/ information before including fonts in your files. Otherwise, under the file specification, provide links to the fonts to guide the buyer to purchase
  • if you are not supplying images and fonts, provide links to the images and fonts to guide the buyer to purchase
  • use cmyk colors. Properly define spot colors if they are used
  • delete unwanted layers or colors swatches. Organise layers and color swatches
  • delete all guides
  • no offensive content such as explicit nudes, drugs, people in offensive positions, racism

Logoes/Icons

  • save artwork in correct formats for upload (AI)

  • make sure file is flexible to use in all collaterals and items e.g. namecard, poster, banner, signage
  • include name and a graphic in logo template design

Please check with respective sources for license agreement/ information before including fonts in your files. Otherwise, under the file specification, provide links to the fonts to guide the buyer to purchase
  • if you are not supplying images and fonts, provide links to the images and fonts to guide the buyer to purchase

  • submit model and property release in jpg or pdf for images which have recognizable people and property
  • check that the images are free from copyright issues such as labels, logos, characters from cartoons, movies etc. Some buildings are protected by a trade mark (such as new sculptures), objects, shops and items with their logoes, etc
  • no offensive content such as explicit nudes, drugs, people in offensive positions, racism

Typefaces

  • make sure the font formats are OpenType (.OTF) or TrueType (.TTF)
  • include the minimum keyboard layout and characters. The minimum required character sets must include complete punctuation, accented letters and a universal character set. See sample below:

  • file and documentation is saved in correct formats for upload. They should be organized in a clear and easy to understand manner
  • name, group and label files properly and make sure it is readable
  • coding should be updated and latest

  • check that you have the rights to the images, illustrations, icons, elements, art etc
  • submit model and property release in jpg or pdf for images which have recognizable people and property

Please check with respective sources for license agreement/ information before including fonts in your files. Otherwise, under the file specification, provide links to the fonts to guide the buyer to purchase
  • if you are not supplying images and fonts, provide links to the images and fonts to guide the buyer to purchase

  • create an instruction guide to give detailed instructions on installation, customization and use, written in English and formatted as a .pdf, .doc, .txt, or HTML document. Be clear in your explanations. Create visuals, screenshots and/or info graphics to help the Buyer understand better
  • last but not least, check your stuff again before you upload your files eg. preview image, thumbnail, title, description and tags. Remember to have all your files and information saved into a zipped folder

Specification Details

Take the opportunity to express your ideas, concepts and styles by writing a short description of your creation/Product Item. It helps people to understand the rationale and gives them more reason to pick your creations/Product Items. Remember to state clear product specifications and useful license information for potential Buyers.

We have a Specification Box where you can fill in the basic information about your Product Item.

It is best give detailed specifications on what you are providing in the file. It is just this easy. You can fill in more details as long as it helps Buyers to know what you are selling. See sample specifications list below for reference:
